I enjoyed this book and I'm slightly puzzled by some of the hate in some of the 1-star reviews. Sam Pulsifer is you, Sam Pulsifer is me. We tell stories; we lie to ourselves and to others, and others lie to us. We try to be better, sometimes we fail. And sometimes we burn ourselves to the ground.
