When tragedy strikes her brother's family, Jane struggles to find a way to make peace with it all, while managing the growing pains taking place within her own family unit.
When the new doctor turns out to be none other than Bradley, Jane's childhood sweetheart, she struggles with his new affections, feeling as though she is betraying the memory of her life with Elijah, her deceased husband; the very life that caused her to blend with the Amish community. As she comes to terms with her life without Elijah, she quickly begins to reject some of the Amish traditions, yet keeps others. When she slowly lets go of the life she lost, she discovers that starting over doesn't have to be as difficult as she feared.
Contains a sneak peek chapter of Book Four
WARNING: Sneak Peek of Book Four contains some mildly unsuitable language and disturbing situations in order to maintain the authenticity of the story of Jane's stormy childhood. Find out what events brought her family to the Amish community so many years ago.

This book was like the perfect end to a perfect day. Even though this is the last book in the series for Jane as an adult, the sneak peek of book 4 at the end tells the story of Jane's childhood. I understand why the author made the last book the first, I think so she could show Jane's life after suffering through so much as a child. It's unusual to see, but I think the author did a wonderful job with all 3 books so far. I can't wait to read book 4!
