Notepad is a simple tool that lets you write and edit text notes on Kindle.
Write notes about any subject you wish, from meeting notes to grocery reminders. Jot down quick ideas, phone numbers and addresses, or remember that perfect gift for a special someone.
With Notepad, you can create or view a note with one of two different fonts, and in any of six different font sizes. Your notes can be sorted by date or alphabetically by title. Notepad also allows you to search for text in real-time within the body and title of your notes. Simply start typing in the word you are looking for, and Notepad instantly displays the notes that contain that word. This allows you to find anything you may have previously written, without having to browse through notes individually.

Just grabbed this notepad as my first Kindle App. I haven't felt the need to download any other apps because I basically just want my Kindle for reading. However, I've been somewhat wishing that Kindle came with some sort of notepad type application. Well, one dollar later and now it does! Totally worth it. If I'm really into a book and suddenly remember something that I need to pick up at the store, the likelihood of me getting up to write it on the fridge is not real high...however, I don't mind jumping over to my notepad to jot a quick note (and this is quick - as quick as I can move my thumbs). I've had my Kindle for about two months and about a week after I got it I was at the grocery store and saw a funny sign. I wanted to write down what it said to share with Guido when I got home, but had nothing good to write on. I tried to figure if there was a way to take a note in Kindle and came up empty. I got home that night and I forgot the details of the sign just enough to make it not funny to repeat. I was able to catch it again a couple weeks later, but still...if I had this app then - well, I would've just jotted it down. It seems to have some really good features such as restore points and searching within a search. I'm excited to have this little app around and look forward to using it.
Amazing! Fast,Simple and Easy to Use.
I have been looking for a few ways to get my notes into the Kindle - since I have had it for about 8 months now - and this "meets" the needs that I had.
Needs:
o Quick - it must be quick
-- Did I mention that it has to be "Quick"? -- and this is the fastest I've seen on the Kindle - I have about 500MB free (yup - I like books, magazines, etc.) and my kindle is sluggish - but this app works really fast.
-- Disclaimer - I've only put in about 50 notes (so far)
o Easy to use - this is SUPER easy
-- All the key mappings you need are displayed in an intuitive manner - Alt+X (Save and Exit - I really like this)
o Copy Notes to my PC and Vise Versa
-- The video shows that this can be done - I've yet to try it - but it's a simple copy / paste operation
o Font Sizes:
-- I am a fan of small fonts and this allows me to use small fonts - to be able to add more notes
o Search by Note Title
-- This works as advertised - quickly locate notes by title
o Search Notes by Body keyword
-- Again, works as advertised - quickly and painlessly
o Saves work in progress (for the "all thumbs folks" (like me)
-- I have a tendency to hit the home button - and this saves my "unsaved" note - so I can go back to it - sweeeeet!
o Simple, Clean UI:
-- This UI reminds me of the Old Palm Days (think Palm Notepad) - but on steroids - so nice to KISS
In a nutshell, this is worth $0.99 many times over,.... BUT only if you are looking for a Quick, Easy and Intuitive UI that allows you to enter notes on your Kindle.

Cleaned up my kindle with this
When I read a review of a book I might like, I download a sample. But sometimes I'm not in the mood for horror or history, so all those samples clogged up my K and when I went looking for that horror book I thought I would like, I couldn't find it. I ended up jotting notes which I promptly lost
Now I have notes to myself--horror, mystery, bio, history-- and my K is all cleaned up. I'll be able to find the book I want.
I also like the idea someone had about listing all the books in a series. I get tired of figuring out what comes next then forgetting.
What a neat app!!
Let's get the calendar and contact list next!!

Can't believe Amazon didn't include this app the day they invented the Kindle!
LOVE THIS APP! My very first note is entitled " 'If found, look here " and has my name, phone and email address. I think if a lost Kindle was found, the app is intuitive enough that they could find that note more easily than finding the same info in my Kindle registration settings. I canNOT believe that Amazon didn't think of including this wonderful function from the start! Thank you so much!! (FYI, there is an apostrophe at the front of my 'If found note so that it always sorts to the top when I alphabetize my notes.)
Very Basic, Very Handy Kindle App (v. 1.0)
For those looking for a sophisticated application for editing documents on your Kindle, this isn't it. Notepad is extremely basic in features and design, likely intentionally so in order to make the best use of the limits of the Kindle. There are no formatting options and no copy and paste functions.
Positives:
Notepad is very easy to use. You can download it, open it up, and start making notes without ever needing to read any help files. The layout, navigation, and menus are very intuitive.
There is a basic Help file included, accessed by pushing the Kindle Menu button. The Welcome Note that is included has keyboard shortcut tips.
There is a choice of two font styles and six font sizes for displaying, quickly accessed using the Kindle Aa button.
If you accidentally exit the program without saving first the app automatically saves the file for you. The next time you open the app you'll see a note titled something like "unsaved_1" on your list. You can open the note and rename it in the title bar.
For short notes, memos, and lists Notepad is very useful, especially if you're like me and take your Kindle with you almost anywhere.
You can move through the pages of a note by either using the Kindle page turn buttons or by scrolling up and down with the 5-way and cursor.
You can import text files you've created on your computer into the app. Finding the file storage folder on your Kindle is a bit tricky, but once you know where it is this is a great feature. (Instructions on how to find the folder are in the Help file.) You can also copy files you create on your Kindle with Notepad to your computer in order to back them up or in order to access for other uses.
Drawbacks:
Notepad does not have word wrap so it's easy to end up with words split between two lines. You have to learn to use the Kindle return button to force a line break to avoid this.
The size limit per note appears to be only 3099 characters. This isn't very much, especially since it includes spaces and hard returns as part of the count. Some of my series book lists that I imported were too big. When you try to open a file that is too large for the app you get a message that it's being truncated and loaded into a new file with the original file name followed by "copy" and a number.
Deleting only a few letters or words is relatively easy using the delete key. But if you need to delete several lines of text or a whole paragraph it's extremely cumbersome doing it one character at a time. There is no way to select a block of text to delete.
The app gives a confirmation message every time you save a note which requires you to click on an "okay" button before you can do anything else. This is annoying and, in my opinion, completely unnecessary.
Recommendation:
Even with the drawbacks listed I still highly recommend this app for anyone who owns a second generation or later Kindle. You never know when it will come in handy and for only a buck there's no reason not to get it.

I have to add my voice to the chorus saying how great this app is.
I bought a different Notepad for Kindle when I first got mine and it was awful - all your notes were superscripts that ended up in the My Clippings file.
This one is like a little mini-word processor. You can create a note, type directly into it, it automatically saves it, you can add symbols, and I haven't found a limit on the size of the note yet. I'm using it as a dream journal right now but might try to use it for a grocery list also. Since it's a little word processor you could use it for just about anything.
Word wrap doesn't work well on it, but I contacted the designers and they told me they will fix this on the next version. Capital letters can be done by holding down the shift key while typing the letter (as opposed to hitting shift, then the letter as you do in the rest of the Kindle).
It appears to be easy to navigate and easy to find your notes. Right now I only have 2 notes, but I can see there being a ton of them. The Help note that it comes with is extremely helpful. You can also backup your Notes to your computer which I will try to do down the road.
With all the awful Kindle apps out there it's practically a service to fellow Kindlers to point out when something is good. This one is really terrific. I hope these guys will work on a calendar or day planner after this!

I've only just purchased this product less than a half hour ago, and have added a few notes already. So simple to use! I can see myself using this Notepad everywhere, since my Kindle goes with me everywhere. And what a bargain, too. (At the time of my purchase, this Kindle Active Content Notepad was 99 cents)
Thank you, 7 Dragons, for providing such an essential, useful and easy to use product.
Editing to add: (April 2, 2011) I've had this app for a couple of weeks now and use it just about every day. It is just so simple to use and to find my notes. I've always been a note jotter, but now no more mindlessly searching in my purse for those tiny scraps of paper I jotted a note down on. Happy customer? You bet!

So many uses! I now have an address book, a reusable index card/to do list, a reading list, a reusable shopping list, and thought jotter downer all in one. I love the format of listing the notes by title rather than by excerpt as the kindle does with e-books. And the 3 options of searching: both title and text, title only, or text only, I find really thoughtful. So far the work done by these developers screams integrity, which I value even more than the quality. Keep it up guys, and congrats!
Two possibilities (Since they're interested in feed back.):
1. Password protection for notes.
2. Categorization of notes. This might subtract from the simplicity of the experience though.

What we've all been waiting for...
I've only been using this for 10 seconds and I can already tell this is what we've all been waiting for. Instead of a text document where you just add Kindle notes (which you could have made yourself quite easily) this appears to actually be a functional, searchable notepad. This will be ideal for jotting some quick notes to yourself and should really come in handy.
When I travel I always have my Kindle and my cell phone. Note taking on a cell phone can be a bit tricky so I am very happy I can now take my notes on my Kindle. I am giving this 5 stars as there hasn't been any downside to this little application. It's very easy to use.
The Welcome Note has the shortcuts available to you but you don't have to memorize them. I just use the 5 way controller or read the shortcut located at the bottom of the page.
When the program is open you can press menu and see all the actions available to you (new note, all notes, search notes, sort by date, sort by time, recent notes, backup notes, hide number legend, help, about, exit). You do have to remember to save the note though - those commands include save, save as, save and exit, cancel.

This is a nice and simple notepad ... it does the basics, which is really what I needed. It will be great when reading on a camping trip and suddenly remembering something you have to do - just go to this application and make a note, rather than trying to find a paper and pencil. The notepad will also show the month and day that the entry was made, making a search far easier. It's a great and inexpensive little tool for the Kindle ..thanks !
This is by far the best notepad application available for the Kindle at this time. It is beautifully simple and functional, and can be used in many ways. So far, I am using it to hold two different shopping lists (Grocery List and Costco List), an Ideas note, and a To Do note. Multiple items can be added in each note.
I used it for grocery shopping the other day and it worked like a charm. I created a note and titled it Grocery List. Then I entered my list of items. While shopping, as I added an item to my cart, I "crossed it off" the list by adding two periods to the front of the item name. I didn't want to simply delete the item because (1) that would take longer and (2) I can reuse the same list, adding more to it, as necessary, and removing the periods from the items I need to buy again. Also, while shopping, if I thought of something that wasn't on the list, I added it to the list right then and there so that I would not forget it.
Later on, I thought to categorize the items in my Grocery List by arranging them under headings like PRODUCE, DAIRY, etc. Don't misunderstand me, though: There is no feature in Notepad to have categories within your Notes. I simply added a note item with all capital letters as the category heading and indented and used lowercase for the items under the headings. I'm only sharing this to give others ideas of how Notepad can be used.
I really like that the Notes have a time stamp. This way you know how recently you've accessed any of your Notes.
A feature that I would like to see added is the ability to sort the contents of a note. Currently, we can only sort the notes themselves. Ability to sort note contents would be very useful for notes that contain a list.
If you are thinking about buying this Kindle application, do not hesitate. It is most definitely worth it!

I purchased the Notepad and spent an evening putting in some notes. Mine were all series lists I had on index cards. When I figured I'd go faster by making up my notes on the computer and transfer them over I hit a glitch. I left a comment on the Kindle Review Blog, got a quick response to my operator error.
I have now happily gotten all my notes from my computer to my Kindle and vice versa. The app is great and the support amazing. Worth more than the $0.99 price.

Cool! My Kindle just got more useful
A Kindle notepad app has been on my wish list since I received my K3. (Well, actually it was on my wish list for the K1, but capabilities were lacking).
The Kindle is designed primarily for reading, and that will continue to be its main use for me. It's very handy, though, to be able to jot down a note on occasion -- a phone number, a new author to look for, an item for the next trip to the grocery store, even notes from a meeting. This app meets and exceeds my needs. Things I like:
- It's simple to use. I made several lists before I got around to reading the directions.
- It's quick. No long lags.
- It's got a clean interface.
- The font is adjustable. The sizes provided are more than adequate. (I'd personally like one additional larger size, which might keep me from having to put on my reading glasses, but that's a [sad] comment about my eyesight rather than the app.)
Besides, it has a cute picture of a pencil in the (e-ink) spiral ring at the top. What more could you want?

finally a good way to keep notes on Kindle!
they have finally gotten a good way to put notes in Kindle without all that hyperlink stuff like the prior ones have. This one is great! And you can't beat the price!!
A notepad that you can use as a notepad
This is a great addition to my kindle, I use it for shopping list, todo list, and even lists of books in series order, and many more list
I have my kindle with me all the time, so the notepad is a great tool for me, when ever I need to write my self a note to remember to do some(which happend a lot) I don't have to find paper and pen, I just take out my kindle and type my note and I am done, a lot faster for me.
I couldn't turn the kindle notepad down, it has become my most used app. As well as the most usefully app I have.

I don't really use my Kindle other than to read my books and that's really all I envisioned in using it. So as far as any other Kindle tools, such as calculators and calendars, I didn't think I would use them.
When I first saw the Notepad a few months ago, I thought I could possibly have a need for this type of tool, afterall. I mainly use Notepad in-line with reading. That is, I keep a log of the book purchases I've made along with price of the book, I keep a log of when I first started and finished reading a book, and I keep a log of when I last did a battery recharge of my Kindle. It's pretty handy for the things I need it for and find it very helpful.
I think bullet-like lists are just right for the Notepad but nothing more complicated because the options are limited. I don't think I would want anything too complicated since I'm mainly doing quick little lists. My rating is based on how this particular tool is helpful for my needs and in its simplicity in design.

I don't have a single regret purchasing this tool. My concern wasn't the $0.99 investment I made, but rather clogging my Kindle full of items I seldom used. Notepad has come in handy time and again. Now I'm not just consuming data, but rather creating it, forming lists of what-nots that I need to keep track of during the day. Now, instead of hanging on to scraps of paper, I have everything I need and at my fingertips. I subtracted one star because it doesn't have wordwrap and I didn't appreciate the broken words placed on two lines. I'd pay an extra $1 for that feature.
I was looking for a scrap of paper to write the notes on that I wanted to take with me to my doctor's appointment and then looked down and saw my Kindle. I opened Notepad and jotted down all of the things that I wanted to ask her about and it was super easy to edit when I thought of other things to add to the list. No nasty scraps of paper sticking out of my wallet or whatever and no chance to lose it. Besides, who doesn't take their Kindle to the doctor's office? It is all there in one place. Love it. Thanks for the app.
Where can I rate this a 6-star app?????
:-D
There are tons of accolades here. Just wanted to add a quick one to say that I am LOVING what this is doing. Very simple but for someone who tends to write notes on 17 scraps of paper a day, this will help simplify and organize my life better than any other thing I've ever purchased.
Best 99 cents I've ever spent. Seriously!

This should be one of the built in programs for the Kindle.
For other systems, a notepad++/textpad/vi programs are built in somewhere, but Kindle doesn't come with one. But this, the Kindle Notepad, does the trick. It works exactly as you might expect.
Hopes for future:
1. A future Kindle update will allow this to be incorporated into the Home menu.
2. This will come with a Calendar function.
3. It will become possible to "send clips to notepad"
4. Something like graphpaper
The Kindle is a great device for carrying around a lot of books all the time, but there are some crucial programs that would make the Kindle more useful. This program fills a key need.

Just what I waslooking for ...
and it has worked well for me. I'm stuck in bed till a nurse comes and this app. has allowed me to keep organized. I now have one place to jot down notes, grocercy lists, to do lists and keep track of recipes I see and conjure up. All this and I can edit them, neatly. Not sure how many other quadriplegics with arm use and a Kindle are reading this, but if you are - get it now.
I just bought this app expecting a note thing like on a phone. Instead, I get a mini Microsoft Word for the Kindle. I love it. I highly recommend this app for anyone and everyone.
Great for keeping series in order.
I love this app. I recently lost my hand written notes about the order of all of my series I have on kindle. I became frustrated having to look the order up online and jot it down again. Now I have handy little notes that I quickly refer to before taking on a new series, or a favorite that I just can't remember the order of the titles. At the price, it's a steal and I'm very happy with the purchase.
Notepad is a barebones notes program that's easy to use. You can write notes quickly and keep running lists of items. I keep lists of the books I want to read and others with reminders to myself. At less than a dollar, it's a great addition to my Kindle.
Good to use, room for improvement
A simple to use text editing program. Really, one would expect that the Kindle should come with something like this built in (especially considering the physical, as opposed to an on-screen) keyboard, but for .99, it's a must-grab. It does what it sets out to do - allows you to make text notes. Sorting by date is useful, especially if you are used to using that function on a computer when looking for files.
Where it can use improvement - I, and I'm sure many other Kindle users, have become accustomed to using Categories to sort and manage/file books. The ability to create Categories or Folders would have been very handy. Also, when in the regular Kindle interface, the Left and Right buttons on the 5-way to pull up the Delete option as well as the content-specific menu. Although Deleting a file is easier in the Notepad program than that (simply hit the Delete button), living in the same physical interface makes one want to use the commands they're used to.
This would have been a 5-star rating except for the lack of Categories. Recommended for all.

Amazing app. Perfect for every Kindle. And a bargain, too!
This is by far the best piece of active content available on the Kindle. Immensely useful and well done. I look forward to a future version with further impovements and hope that this company will also produce other essential apps like a calendar or even a scientific or graphic calculator. I would definitely buy them!
I dont write a longer review bc I am currently on the Kindle itself and my sausage fingers dont help. But trust me, this app is great and you shouldnt think twice before purchasing it.

Seriously, the kindle not having some type of wordpad or notepad was one of the main reasons for my disgruntled mumblings. I mean what's the use of a really nice keyboard if i can't write stuff down without actually having to write in one of the ebooks? Fortunately, this was made and I adore it (and it's cheap!!!). I don't really have to go hunting for my cell phone or a piece of paper and pen to write quick notes in, and I even use it to write notes while I'm in class---I don't have to lug notebooks (paper) around.
What I also love about this is that it's not page restricted- I could write and write and write. So far, I've actually been to a page 12 in one note. lol
One teensy insignificant wish though is that, when I hit enter, I wish it'd automatically capitalize the first letter...but whateva!

My Kindle goes every where with me so I've been wishing someone would come up with a simple, easy to use way to create lists on the fly. Up to now I've been creating my grocery list on my laptop and moving it over. Now I can just start a list and add things as I think of them.
i'm going on vacation in a few weeks, I have two guide books on my Kindle and now I have my packing list on here too. i've made a note of my passport number and credit card phone numbers in case something happens to them.
Thank you Seven Drsgons, this is a wonderful addition to my Kindle!

What a great application. Now I can easily keep track of books that I have read, that I want to read, and discussion items on books that I am reading. Notes on anything that I think about and I need to do while reading a book. This will not change my life but sure is nice to have.
Spend a buck and get this app. If that dollar keeps you from forgetting something you thought about while reading you will be glad you did.

I guess the only thing to ask is, why did this take so long? Amazon needs to acquire this application and include it in the firmware as base functionality!
This is a wonderful addition to the Kindle. Typing on a Kindle keyboard is really much easier for me than typing on a tiny touch screen - I'll be using this for notes from now on. Many thanks to 7 Dragons for creating such a useful app and offering it at such a great price.
One really good and needed app.
This app was really needed on the Kindle. There are other note taking apps out there, but they all have bad reviews. I downloaded this and immediately upgraded my Kindles functionality in a major way. This is the second app (the first was "Flip It",a game) I've bought from 7 Dragons, and I really appreciate their dedication to usability and quality considering the limitations of the platform. For the developers information, I learned about both apps from articles on your Kindle Review blog, which I subscribe to.
THANKS! Keep putting them out. Maybe you can integrate a good calendar app into this, or as a stand-alone. I currently have a calendar app that is pretty good, but perhaps you could improve on it. Unlike the notepad apps, there is a decent calendar app out there so it would take some major improvement on your part.

At long last, a simple and effective notepad app for the Kindle. Clear instructions, easy to use, and alt keys for numbers so you don't have to pull up the symbol menu. This is exactly what I was looking for in a notepad for Kindle.
Notepad is blessedly functional and easy to use. It takes a split second to load the application. When it's open, pressing your Kindle "menu" will guide you to some more choices. Also, located in the menu's "help" section, the designers made sure to outline everything you need to know in 12 simple steps, including shortcut keys. You have the ability to change font and size to whatever is easiest for you. It also keeps an accurate stamp of the date of your notes, a terrific feature. The people who created Notepad are helpful, polite and enthusiastic. I will be looking forward to *anything* else they come up with!
This is a great app! Often I have several books from a series on my Kindle. Now I can list the order of the books and have the list for handy reference. No more running to my computer to see which one to read next.
This is my first Amazon review ever - which means that I am THAT impressed with this little app!
I downloaded this just a couple of hours ago and was immediately taken with it!
It is absolutely perfect for my needs. So far, I have a list of soon to be released books that I'm waiting for - I'll never miss another again!
I also have a list of my medications which is perfect for me as I always take my Kindle to the doctor's office or the hospital. I see lots of lists and notes in my future! Thank you for simplifying my life a little bit.

What a great Kindle app., this Notebook by 7 Dragons! Having recently downloaded it and creating a few notes, I already know that this is going to be a very handy item to have at hand on my Kindle. Creating notes and sorting, searching and editing them could not be easier and I look forward to getting even more acquainted with all it has to offer. Anything that can help make my life easier/more organized ranks high in my book, and this app. certainly does!
I heard of this app this morning from Bufo Calvin's I Love My Kindle blog. This is everything that I needed so I purchased it. I would have given this app 5 stars if it weren't for the difficulty to capitalize letters. I know it's not a problem with my actual Kindle because when I exited out I started typing capitals and they worked fine. Other than that though, I love it and very convenient. :)
This app does exactly what it advertises and works well. I can't speak to battery drain, but I haven't noticed much, if any difference in my battery life since I started using it.
I wanted something extremely simple for grocery lists, appointments (I have a calendar in my older phone, but wanted a single place to keep everything).
Yes, it does seem to keep track of unsaved notes, but I just delete those. I think it happens when I let it go to screensaver without having saved my current note, which is actually a good thing.
For the price, it's an excellent deal. I couldn't have afforded more and it's made my Kindle even better for me.

I love the notepad. I use it for making my grocery list. I always have my kindle with me so I can add to my list. I recommend it to anyone who has a kindle.
It's a nice, cheap, easy to use app. I was looking for something to write down ideas, or thoughts I may randomly get while reading my Kindle. Couldn't really think of anythig better for what I wanted.
A useful addition to your Kindle
I've often wished there were a good, dependable, easy-to-use notepad for my Kindle. This little app pretty much fills the bill. Creating and saving a note, and of course, creating a note, are simple tasks.
You first click "Create a Note" and then you give your note a name. Then you type your note using the keypad as indicated at the bottom of the app. Then you can save it in one of several ways.
You can easily search all your notes by title or contents or both. Of course, you can also delete them. You can back them up and restore them as well.
While the Kindle is not really going to replace an organizer, at least not in my case, it's awfully nice to be able to type notes while you're working on your Kindle and this little app, at the low cost, is very useful and works well. There's also a video telling you how to use it and showing its features. The URL is in the help section of the app. There are, by the way, 12 pages in the help section.
Perhaps someday Kindle will have a cut and paste feature that will allow you to paste from one document to another. But we all have features we'd like to see. Since the Kindle's basic function is as a reader, we can't expect it to do everything.
It does have one annoying issue -- it has no word wrap. What that means is that when you get to the end of the right hand margin, the word continues on the next line. So when I types the word "times" at the end of one sentence, it appeared "tim" on one line and "es" on the next. I can live with that but it's an issue that should be fixed. I am using a normal type and normal type size.
I highly recommend this notepad. You won't be sorry you bought it.

This is probably the best app I have on my KIndle. I know it's just a notepad, but I can't help getting excited about the fact that now I can take notes! When is the automatic reminder system coming?
I love making lists to keep me organized and make sure that I don't forget anything when I do my errands. Since I take my Kindle anywhere I go (you never know when you have a couple of minutes to read, :)), Notepad is very handy. No more pieces of paper or trying to find a paper and pen. The main page list all your Notes and allows you to delete the old ones.
This is a great addition to the Kindle. Amazon should have included it
but didn't. That being said, this note taking tool is a great addition
and is priced below the expected cost of a very useful tool for the
Kindle.

I truly love this notepad. I am often reminded of things while using my Kindle, and no longer have to hunt for pen & paper. Plus everything is in one place. I even put together a small address book. Would suggest it to anyone who likes to jot down notes & stay organized.
The Notepad is for basic notes. I have put phone numbers and addresses but hesitate putting passwords in there just in case my Kindle ever got stolen. On backups I see there are only 5 slots for backing up your notes. Does this mean that you can't backup more than 5 notes?
For .99 cents its worth it but don't it has limitations.

This app is easy to use. Now I can keep up with a list of books that I might be interested in without downloading a ton of samples or writing them down on paper....which by the way I can never find said piece of paper.
Notepad was a great thing to add on to my Kindle. Works really well for keeping notes or lists. Only thing I noticed is it seems to drain the battery a little faster or maybe I'm just using the kindle more.
